I participated in a leadership program in 2024 and was privileged to attend a session on ‘Building a Growth Mindset’, delivered by EPT Global. It was far more than a course for me, but a transformative experience in my leadership journey. It challenged how I think, how I show up, and how I lead.

Ross expertly explored the practical differences between fixed and growth mindsets in a way that was deeply engaging and immediately applicable.
